SUN-PLANT CONSTRICTION LIMITED is a company incorporated and registered under the Companies Act. 1956 at ROC, Kolkata in the state of West Bengal , having its registered office at RTC House, 4 Dr. Suresh Sarkar Road, Kolkata- 700014 and its offices at Tribeni Plaza, Kali Bari Road, Katihar-854105, Bihar and at Sipahi Tola, Madhubani, Purnea, Bihar.
The company is into the area of Construction mainly involving itself in Infrastructure development projects which will be of enormous use to the general public at large. And within a very short period of around two years the company has been handling some major projects mainly in the state of Bihar and thereafter extending to the entire Nation. The Government is working hard to bring Bihar in the National Industrial Map and we at SUN-PLANT are acting as a bridge to reduce / fulfill this gap.
Several new projects have come up and several are in the pipeline.
The company will initially operate in an around Katihar, Siliguri, Purnea, Northern Bengal and North Eastern States like Assam etc. Our activity vicinity is strategically located in the middle of a large and fast developing market of Eastern India i.e. from Kolkata, Siliguri, Patna and vast areas of North Eastern states. These areas have been traditional trading centers, has a population of more than 240 million. The state also serves as the natural and traditional entry point to what is known as the South Asian Growth Quadrangle.The company's Green Valley Projects are coming up fast in Purnea, Bihar and Kochi, Kerala.Purnea projects are on 500 Bighas land to be completed in two phases . This is in Partnership tieup with Reindia Property Management PVT. LTD, renowned Delhi base Developers. The main feature of Purnea project is to bring metro amenities in smaller town.The company is also proggressing for a multi crore joint venture project at Kochi to attracts NRIs/affluent class of the socielty.The Joint venture is with well known property gaint RE India properties Management Delhi.The Company has also simultaneously projected to build up a low cost housing project for educated middle class people on 20 bighas land in pause upcoming Rajarhat Township in Kolkata,West bengal. The Company is owning 300 bigas of Commercial land in various Cities & Town of the country.
